Background
The 48th Boys’ Brigade Company and 48th Girls’ Brigade Company are established as Co-Curricular Activities of Zhonghua Secondary School in year 2000.
Bethel Presbyterian Church is privileged to be the sponsoring church of these two Companies. Bethel Presbyterian Church seeks to nurture the boys and girls to achieve the object of Boys’ Brigade and the aim of the Girls’ Brigade respectively. Many of our church members serve as the Officers, volunteers and ad-hoc helpers. Our activities include devotions, drill, leadership training, badge-works, life skills training, community services,
adventure and camping.
The Object of Boys’ Brigade
The Object of the Boys’ Brigade shall be the advancement of Christ’s kingdom among Boys and the promotion of habits of Obedience, Reverence, Discipline, Self-Respect and all that tends towards a true Christian Manliness.
